Laura Lile, M.D., R.Ph.
Dr. Lile's journey began with a deep-rooted desire to help others and a passion for science. Driven by a thirst for knowledge she achieved the distinction of being one of the few dual-credentialed compounding pharmacists and preventative health medical doctors in the world. Her unique training in age management enables her to shift the emphasis from disease-driven medicine to a proactive, preventative healthcare approach focused on optimizing health.
Today, Dr. Laura Lile continues to make a profound impact as a practicing physician and clinical pharmacist at Lile Wellness. Her multifaceted expertise in medicine, pharmacy, and patient advocacy positions her as an invaluable asset to her patients and the healthcare community.
Dr. Lile's most recent endeavor has been advocating for pharmacists to be credentialed to provide genomic consultations. This groundbreaking step allowed four PharmD students from OSU to participate alongside Dr. Lile, becoming the first in their profession in the country to be credentialed for counseling patients on IntellxxDNA genomics. With a visionary approach that transcends conventional boundaries, she remains dedicated to advancing the intersection of medicine and pharmacy, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

Kate Pollock, PharmD
Kate holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She completed 9 years at Ohio State, including her undergraduate education. During her time at Ohio State, she engaged in teaching undergraduate courses and mentoring PharmD students during clinical rotations. She also crafted training materials for the College of Pharmacy to enhance patient care standards.
Her primary focus lies in genomics, leveraging its full potential to optimize her patients' health and wellness outcomes. Kate applies her expertise in medications and supplements to provide tailored treatments for each and every patient she sees.
Erica Waters, RN-BSN, Director of Nursing
Erica is a RN-BSN with experience in both the Emergency and Operating Rooms. She has been a nurse for over 14 years with the last three years in functional medicine. After learning to overcome health obstacles for her own family, her mission became to help heal others. Caring for patients gives her great purpose in life. Now, at Lile Wellness she is able to apply cutting edge genomics results to carry out complex treatment protocols to help patients reach their health and wellness goals.
Brianna Fitzgerald, RN-BSN
Brianna Fitzgerald is a Clinical RN at Lile Wellness’ Avalon office, where she works alongside Dr. Lile to help patients take a proactive and personalized approach to their health. She earned her BSN from Quinnipiac University, where she also played collegiate lacrosse, and began her nursing career in the Cardiac ICU at Yale.
After relocating to Georgia in 2023, she continued building her cardiac care experience at Emory before joining Lile Wellness in early 2025.
With a strong foundation in critical care nursing and a passion for functional medicine, Brianna enjoys combining evidence-based nursing with a whole-body approach to wellness. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients, listening to their stories, and helping them feel supported throughout their health journey.
Outside of nursing, Brianna enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking and baking, traveling, staying active, and any opportunity to be at the beach.
Lauren Stiles, RN-BSN
With 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse specializing in critical care and advanced patient care, Lauren brings both expertise and heart to every patient interaction. Since joining our team in September, she has been dedicated to helping patients optimize their health through integrative, longevity-focused care tailored to their unique needs.
Based in our Palm Beach office, Lauren provides concierge nursing services, advanced therapies and treatments, and individualized support designed to help patients feel informed, empowered, and cared for every step of the way.
Alexandra Will, RN-BSN
Originally from Northern California, Alex graduated from Texas Christian University in 2020 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her career in Nashville in the ICU, where she spent nearly five years caring for patients across cardiovascular, neurosurgical, and medical/surgical units. In 2023, she transitioned into the functional space, inspired by a passion for helping people take proactive steps for their health.
Today, Alex combines her critical care expertise with a personalized, evidence-based approach to longevity. She believes lasting wellness starts with understanding patient goals and empowering them with tools to optimize their health, elevate their daily routines, and age with confidence.
